Ella is a fourth-year undergraduate student studying Economics and International Relations with a particular interest in sustainability and environmental governance. This year she will be working as a research assistant for Dr Ryan Beasley on his project analysing the role of leader personality theory and the shaping of international administrative authority in relation to the High Representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ella is also the sustainability representative for the School of International Relations and hopes, next year, to go on to study a Master’s degree in corporate sustainability / environmental management.
