INTERNSHIP

The Centre for Global Law and Governance (CGLG) is delighted to be hiring a media intern for the coming semester to help with producing content (e.g. video interviews) for our website and social media channels and with keeping our website up-to-date. The intern will work closely with the Centre co-directors, Dr Stimmer and Dr O’Dwyer.

The media intern will be contracted for up to 20 hours across the semester, with significant flexibility outside of meetings and centre events. Payment will be at the standard research assistant rate of £12.08 an hour.

Interns must be registered students at either MLitt or PhD level, in one of the IR courses. The media intern should be available to attend the events of the Centre – for this semester these are scheduled on selected Wednesdays from 11am-12pm, so this should not clash with classes or other obligations.

To apply: Submit a 2-page Cv and 500 words explaining why you think you would be a good fit. Application deadline: 12 noon Friday 19th September. Please send applications to [email protected] (Please ensure you send the CV as an attachment and not as a onedrive link).

Interviews with shortlisted candidates will be held on September 24th, and the decision will be communicated to all applicants shortly thereafter.
